A working agreement on long-term cooperation in the field of hydrology and water resources (fresh water) between UNESCO and WMO James Herbert, President of THE UNE, and Kristina Sundell, Director of SWEMARC, signed the agreement on the opening day of the 2019 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavik, Iceland.
